FAQ’s

  • Why do I have to register?

Registration is required for our site due to the fact that we are a wholesale distributor and we do not sell to the general public.  All of our products are purchased with the intent to resell.  Filling out our registration form completely will help us register you as quickly as possible.  Incomplete registrations may delay your account activation.

  • Why can’t I view pricing?

There are several reasons you may not be able to view pricing.  If you are not logged in you will not be able to view pricing.  Your status may be viewed on the menu in the upper right hand corner of the website, this will either indicate logged in or logged out.  Also, if you have recently created an account please remember that it can take up to 24 hours for your account to be reviewed by one of my staff members and activated.

  • I am a domestic customer, why am I being charged $200 for shipping.

If you have modified your shipping address or added more than one please verify that the Country box is properly filled out to include United States.  If this box is left blank the system will automatically recognize you as an International customer and charge you $200 for shipping. 

  • I have an online account but my user name and password are not working.

If your account was established prior to March of 2005 we were unable to retain some password information when our site was updated.  You may fill out a current registration form by selecting “my account” from the homepage menu and selecting “create your account.”

  • I forgot my password.

If you have forgotten your password please see the link under the “log in” menu on our homepage.  You will be prompted to enter your e-mail address and your password will be e-mail to you within a few minutes.

  • Why can’t I view custom products online?

Due to the variety of custom products we offer we feel that it is best if you speak with one of our Custom Product Specialists.  If you are interested in finding out more information on our Custom Products, including Renaissance The Book, Equinox, Jorgensen, The Nouveau Collection or Prestige, please consult our Custom Product Specialists. Our staff will be happy to provide more information, price quotes or assist you in ordering one of these products. In the coming weeks, look for information on our site to be posted regarding our custom lines, including order forms that you can download and print.   • I am searching for a product but I cannot find it.

When searching for a product using the search feature on the site it is best to be as generic as possible.  For example, if you are searching for poly bags simply enter the search term “poly.”  Try to avoid searching by SKU/Product number.

  • I know you are running a promotion but my order total does not reflect a discount.
Discounts will be applied at the time of final invoice.  Therefore, your credit card charge will be less than your online order total.  You will receive e-mail confirmation of your corrected total, that amount will also be reflected on the invoice you receive with your products.
